ICAN Talent dedupes on email + LinkedIn URL with a partial unique index — same person from two sources merges into one row. Original CV files are stored in private Supabase Storage with signed-URL access; the extracted text drives AI scoring.
Talent pool search uses pgvector embeddings on the CV text. Type a natural-language query, ICAN Talent converts to an embedding, returns the top-N candidates by cosine similarity. Apollo fallback fires automatically when your internal pool comes up empty.
